I had wanted to make these for Thanksgiving, but it just wasn't in the cards based on how much other cooking I was doing. So when some friends said they'd come over for dinner, I decided this was the perfect time to try them out, and they certainly deliver!
They couldn't be easier to make, either. You don't have to kneed the dough - just let it sit and rise and then turn it out on a flour-covered counter.
