Hi Charlotte. We Haven't Met You Yet, But We Already Know Some Things About You.

I had another ultrasound yesterday, and like all the others, we didn't really get any "good" shots of you. But even though we don't have great pics, that doesn't mean we don't know some things about you. We've learned that:

• Just like your sister, you already have hair. Guess that's why I have wicked heartburn all the time.
• You are now measuring a full two weeks ahead. You are in the 76th percentile for size when compared to other babies at this point in gestation. 
• Side note: That doesn't mean my delivery date will change unless my body just decides it's time for you to meet the world (or my blood pressure goes crazy again). 
• Related to the bullet above, you are now weighing in at approximately 5 pounds, 5 ounces. Your sister only weighed a little over six pounds at 36 weeks so I have a feeling we won't be needing those preemie clothes for you.
• You like to move. A lot. I didn't need an ultrasound to know that, but it was cool to see you flop around on the screen.
• You really like showing us your hands and feet. You don't like showing us your face, so I'm thinking you may be a little more camera shy than your sister.
• You may have a funny sense of humor. I say that because for the first few minutes you were essentially mooning the ultrasound wand.
• You are still scheduled to say hello to the world on the morning of May 30th. 

So for now, stay comfy in there little girl, and we'll see you in about 7 1/2 weeks.
