Knowing what my mom went through working in a call center, I have so much respect for people who work in what can always be a no-win situation. Whenever walking through ours, it's almost a guarantee that I'll hear someone saying, "please don't yell at me. I'm trying to help you" or something to that effect. So today I left several People magazines in their lounge because I figured if anyone needs some fun, light reading on a break, it's them.
