I gave this one the good ol' college try. First of all, it's LONG (like 800 pages). I had checked it out from the library and it was unbelievably heavy in hardback. It's the story of a town trying to cope when it's all of a sudden trapped under a mysterious dome. I don't know if it was the intimidating length or the sheer weight of carrying it around (coupled with the fact that the library only gave me 10 days to read it), but I scrapped it about 100 pages in. It has great reviews but it just wasn't for me.
