Bacon-Wrapped Green Beans



Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
10 to 12 slices bacon
2 T butter
1 T brown sugar
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.
2. Wash and dry green beans, snip ends and season with salt and pepper.
3. Gather 5 to 8 green beans and roll a piece of bacon around them.
4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine butter, brown sugar and garlic, and whisk until melted.
5. Using a pastry brush, brush over the top of the bundles.
6. Cover and bake for about 35 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until bacon gets crispy.
